4. RERA Compliance
We make reasonable efforts to work with RERA-registered developers.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
Confirm the RERA registration status of a project
Validate documents, approvals, and builder credibility
Conduct independent due diligence before booking

In most cases, buyers do not pay service fees to Solace N Property Consultancy.
If any fee is applicable for a specific service (e.g., premium consulting, documentation help), it will be communicated in writing in advance.
